[App] Filter Auto Notice Recipients Right from Your CSV Data

Overview Auto Notices can now filter which rows from your CSV file get processed based on column values! No need to manually create separate files - just upload your complete data and set up filtering rules to target exactly who you need.

Skip the manual data processing Previously, if you wanted to send Auto Notices to only certain people in your CSV (like those with a specific lunch status or enrollment code), you had to create a separate filtered file. Now you can upload your complete data file and let Auto Notices filter it automatically based on your criteria.

Powerful filtering options When creating or editing an Auto Notice with a CSV data source, you can now:

• Include or exclude rows based on column values
• Filter on any column in your CSV file
• Use multiple conditions that work together (must match Any or All conditions)
• Apply various matching rules like "is one of," "contains," "starts with," "is empty," and more

How to set up filtering

1. Enable "Conditionally include or exclude rows from this data source"
2. Choose whether to Include or Exclude matching rows
3. Select if rows must match Any or All of your conditions
4. Pick the column to filter on
5. Choose your matching condition (is one of, contains, etc.)
6. Enter the values to match against
7. Add more conditions as needed

Real-world example If you have a "Lunch Status" column with values like E, F, P, R, and you only want to send to people with "P" status:

• Set to "Include only"
• Select "Lunch Status" column
• Choose "Is one of"
• Enter "P"
