Overview You can now use templates, save drafts, and manage templates directly in the mobile app for Mass Communications, making it much easier to create and send messages while you're on the go.

A more complete mobile Mass Communications workflow The mobile app now supports both templates and drafts for Mass Communications, so you can start messages, save them for later, and send them when you're ready - all from your phone.

Templates are now manageable in the app In addition to using existing templates, you can now also create and edit templates directly in the mobile app. This gives you more flexibility to keep messaging up to date without needing to switch back to the Dashboard.

Save your work and come back later If you get interrupted while composing a message, you can save it as a draft and return to it later. This helps prevent lost work and makes mobile communication much more practical during busy school days.

Important note about availability This enhanced templated workflow is available for customers using both the app and Mass Communications. Customers using the app without Mass Communications will continue using the simpler create-news flow already in place.
