Overview If you have children in multiple schools or work across different schools in your district, you can now see all your conversations in one unified list! No more switching between schools to find different conversation threads.

One conversation list for the whole district Previously, when you opened the Conversations page, you only saw conversations from your currently selected school. If you had conversations with teachers from other schools in your district, you had to switch schools to see them. Now all your conversations from every school in the district appear together in one easy-to-browse list.

Never miss a message On the mobile app, you'll receive notifications for conversations from any school you're involved in, and clicking the notification takes you directly to that conversation - even if you're currently viewing a different school.

Perfect for parents with multiple children This is especially helpful if you have children attending different schools in the district. You can now:

• See all teacher conversations in one place regardless of which school each child attends
• Stay on top of communications from elementary, middle, and high schools simultaneously
• Respond quickly without hunting for conversations across different schools
• Keep track easily when managing multiple children's school communications

Great for district staff too Staff members who work across multiple schools can now manage all their conversations in one unified view, making it much easier to stay organized and responsive.

Adding participants still works as expected When starting a new conversation or adding people to an existing one, you'll still see people and target lists from your current school by default. But if you need to add someone from a different school you have access to, there's now a checkbox that lets you search across all your schools.

Cross-school conversations work seamlessly If a conversation includes people from different schools (like a district-level discussion), everyone can participate normally and see the full conversation thread.

This enhancement makes managing conversations much simpler for families and staff involved with multiple schools, ensuring you never miss important communications just because they came from a different school in your district.
