[App] Connect your SIS yourself and see sync results in one place

Overview Data Setup and Data Logs are now available in your Edlio dashboard. You can connect your student information system (SIS) on your own and check what each sync brought in.

Your data connection is now in your hands. Before, connecting your SIS meant waiting on our team, and sync results were spread across several pages. Now you can set it up yourself and see results in one place.

What's new

• Data Setup: Connect PowerSchool, Aeries, Skyward, Veracross, and other systems step by step. No direct connection? Use CSV File Import Over SFTP instead.
• Manage page: Run a sync now, pause syncing, edit settings, or disconnect.
• Data Logs: See the errors and warnings from each sync, with a plain explanation of each one.
• History and export: Compare past runs and download errors as a CSV file.

How it works

1. Go to Data Setup and click New Integration.
2. Choose your SIS or file import and follow the steps.
3. Click Connect. Your first sync runs tonight.
4. Check Data Logs afterward. To fix an error, update the record in your SIS and the next sync picks it up.

NOTE - If you already have an existing SIS sync or SFTP set up, you don't need to take any action. All existing syncs will be unaffected and should appear in the new Data Setup Page, and Data Logs will begin showing information from them.
