New Dashboard Filters for Consultations and Follow-ups

You can now filter your dashboard to quickly view the consultations and follow-ups most relevant to you.

Consultations

New filters allow you to view consultations based on:

• Consultation reason
• Patient location

These filters make it easy for pharmacists who focus on phone-based counselling to display only the consultations that are relevant to them.

Follow-ups

For follow-ups, you can now filter by:

• Follow-up reason

This feature is particularly useful for pharmacy technicians managing follow-ups for high-cost medication orders.
