We’ve redesigned navigation across the ErgoPlus platform to make it faster, simpler, and more intuitive to use every day.

This update is directly driven by feedback from customers like you. We heard that finding the right tools—especially across multiple modules—could take too many clicks. So we rebuilt the experience from the ground up with one goal: help you get where you need to go, faster.

This is part of our ongoing commitment to continuously improve ErgoPlus. You can expect regular updates like this as we keep refining the platform.

What’s New

A Smarter Sidebar Navigation

The left-hand sidebar is now your central hub for everything in ErgoPlus. It’s organized into clear, logical sections so you can quickly access the tools you use most.

Dashboard

Your real-time command center:

Ergo+

All of your core ergonomics workflows—organized in one place:

• Departments — Manage and organize your worksites
• Job Tasks — View tasks by department
• Risk Profile — See worksite-level ergonomic risk
• Improvement Projects — Track and manage improvement projects

Tools

Your day-to-day operational toolkit:

• Reports — Generate and export insights
• Training — Access workforce development resources
• Settings — Configure worksites, preferences, and manage your team

Need to log something quickly?

Use the “+” button at the top of the sidebar to instantly create a new assessment or employee encounter. This makes it easy to capture work in real time as it happens.

Collapsible Sidebar

Working on a smaller screen or just want a cleaner view?

Collapse the sidebar into icon-only mode with one click. Hover over any icon to see labels, and your preference will be saved automatically.

Worksite Switcher

Managing multiple locations?

Use the dropdown at the top of the sidebar to:

• Switch between worksites
• Enable Enterprise Mode to view data across all locations
