We’ve redesigned navigation across the ErgoPlus platform to make it faster, simpler, and more intuitive to use every day.
This update is directly driven by feedback from customers like you. We heard that finding the right tools—especially across multiple modules—could take too many clicks. So we rebuilt the experience from the ground up with one goal: help you get where you need to go, faster.
This is part of our ongoing commitment to continuously improve ErgoPlus. You can expect regular updates like this as we keep refining the platform.
The left-hand sidebar is now your central hub for everything in ErgoPlus. It’s organized into clear, logical sections so you can quickly access the tools you use most.
Your real-time command center:
All of your core ergonomics workflows—organized in one place:
Your day-to-day operational toolkit:

We’re constantly improving ErgoPlus with new features, bug fixes, and performance enhancements. Here’s what’s new in our November 2024 release:
Our AI capabilities are now more powerful than ever. With enhanced AI-powered analysis, you can get instant insights into ergonomic risks and potential improvement projects.
To use the AI-Powered Analysis, just click the "Analyze" button within the Analyze tab of the Improvement Cycle.
We’ve added embedded learning modules directly into the ErgoPlus platform. Now you can access training materials and best practices right when and where you need them, helping you learn and execute ergonomics tools and tactics at a higher level.
Inside each tool, you can now click the "Learn" button to open up training content for that tool.
Need help or want to stay updated on the latest in ergonomics? Our new embedded Help Center gives you easy access to guides, FAQs, and support. Plus, we’ve included a news section to keep you informed on all things ErgoPlus and workplace ergonomics.
Use these helpful features by using the navigation menu on the lower lefthand part of your screen.
Introducing the Enterprise Risk Map – a high-level overview that lets you visualize ergonomic risks across all of your sites. This feature makes it easy to identify hotspots and prioritize intervention, giving you better control over your organization’s overall ergonomics strategy.
Use the "Worksite Selector" at the top of your screen to navigate to the Enterprise Risk Map.
We’ve added a centralized Enterprise Solutions Archive, allowing you to store and share ergonomic solutions across your entire organization. Learn from previous projects and apply proven solutions to similar jobs across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Use the "Worksite Selector" at the top of your screen to navigate to the Enterprise Solutions Archive.
We’re constantly improving ErgoPlus with new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements. See the updates below in our September 2024 release.
Fixed typo on Quick Screen: Changed “Compact Stress” to “Contact Stress”, which is the appropriate name for that ergonomic risk factor.
Fixed Movement Assessment database links: Clicking a table row in the Movement Assessment database would sometimes redirect you to the Discomfort tab. This has been fixed so that it will always take you to the appropriate Movement Assessment.
Fixed mobile responsiveness of the kanban board on the Controls tab: Long project descriptions could break the responsiveness of the kanban board on smaller screens. This has been fixed so that the kanban board will not break no matter how long the description is.
Thank you again for trusting us to help you run your ergonomics and injury prevention programs. We don’t take it for granted, and our goal is to continue to earn the right to serve you.

Welcome to the Summer 2024 Product Release! The theme for this release is helping you go further, faster with AI-powered risk assessments and smarter workflows. Here are a few of the highlights:
We’ve moved the improvement process up to the job-level, enabling you to get to improvement projects faster and easier after conducting job-level ergonomic assessments using the Job Screen or Quick Exposure Check (QEC) assessment tools. (Feature Walkthroughs: Assess Risk, Analyze Risk, Control Risk)
We have enabled our computer vision technology to automatically populate the postural inputs to the Job Screen, saving you an incredible amount of time conducting your assessments. (Feature Walkthrough)
We’ve updated the computer vision-assisted REBA assessments to prompt you to enter variables the computer vision is unable to see before the score is applied. (Feature Walkthrough)
The software will now automatically generate a list of Risk Drivers for Moderate or High risk body segments for further analysis. You can then do a “5 Why’s” root cause analysis for each risk driver to get to the root causes of ergonomic risk factors. This analysis enables you to generate improvements ideas that will reduce risk. (Feature Walkthrough)
We have moved the Quick Exposure Check assessment tool to the job-level so that it can be used as a validated, lighter weight alternative to the Job Screen tool. (Feature Walkthrough)
