EventsAir Pay Stripe, now supports payment method-specific surcharges, giving you greater control over how processing costs are managed. Where surcharges are permitted and appropriate for your organization, you can now apply different fee structures to different payment methods.

🍽️ Better dietary requirement management

We've introduced new dietary reporting options to help you easily view attendee dietary information across functions, including both hosts and guests. You can also now mark infrequently used dietary requirements as inactive, helping keep your setup streamlined while preserving historical attendee data and reporting.

🔍 Additional updates this month

• Enhanced Function Guest reporting – Additional guest information, including dietary requirements, mobile numbers, email addresses, titles, and positions, is now available in standard and custom reports.
• Improved accommodation booking experiences – Modern Interactive Sites now feature enhanced hotel search results, image galleries, expandable room details, and integrated map links showing proximity to your event venue.
• Enhanced Agenda and Speaker displays – You can now show presenter images and details directly within Agenda layouts, while Speaker profiles support courtesy titles such as Dr, Professor, and more.
• Expanded social media links – Speaker, Sponsor, and Exhibitor widgets now support Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube links on Modern Event Sites.
• Sandbox website improvements – New Sandbox event websites now use the Modern Website Builder, making it easier to test and explore new website experiences.
