Planner Assistant unlocks the full power of your event data.

Ask a question, directly inside EventsAir, and get an immediate answer drawn from your live and historical event data, so you can uncover opportunities, track performance, and act with confidence as your event unfolds.

What you can do with Planner Assistant

πŸ’¬ Ask complex questions across your full event dataset

Every part of your event is now only a question away. Ask "Show me total revenue collected so far, broken down by registration type and payment status" or "Give me a status update on speaker readiness, including missing materials," and get a straight answer back, without leaving your workflow.

πŸ“Š Visualize your data, your way

Ask a question, and Planner Assistant doesn't just answer in text, it can turn the answer into a chart. Save it, share it with your team, or bring your saved visualizations together into a dashboard you can return to as your event evolves.

πŸƒβ€β™€οΈβ€βž‘οΈ Move from insight to action

But... Planner Assistant doesn't just interpret what's happening, it can act on it. Ask "Are there any gaps or overlaps in my agenda?", and when it flags one, just say what to do, move a session to a larger hall, adjust the schedule, and it's done, right there in the conversation.

Getting started

Getting started with Planner Assistant is easy. Click the Assistant icon in your top navigation bar and Planner Assistant will open in a new tab.

Planner Assistant is free to use during the public Beta.

We encourage you to experiment with how Planner Assistant can support the way you work. Your usage will also help shape what comes next, helping us identify new use cases and capabilities.
