​Release Update, Thursday 6 February 2025:

Our latest update – including the Phase 1 release of our new Attendee App – is on its way.

As part of our commitment to system stability and reliability, we identified and resolved a sudden issue affecting image displays in Event Websites, Interactive Sites and Merge docs for some customers. This was due to a third-party provider unexpectedly discontinuing their service, which disrupted asset links, and temporarily delayed the rollout.

The release has resumed and you will receive the update over the next few days. If you're still experiencing any issues with imagery after your system has upgraded, please contact support.

Attendee App Upgrade - What's New in Phase 1?

This is the latest of our Attendee App upgrades, and if you select the new Modern theme when you create an app, you'll already be able to use many new features that you and your attendees will love: New home page hero images and title design; easy to see log-in button; customizable top and bottom navigation menus; Quick Connect feature showing QR code, updated icon grid styles, new slide-out hamburger menu, show/hide password, updated logout modal, prompting users to ‘login’ to access relevant features, and a style revamp for all items. Public API Updates

If you ONLY use an EventsAir Smart Connector, you can disregard this – we’ll take care of the necessary changes.

Key updates take effect in late February. Please make sure your developer reviews the changes to avoid potential breakages to your existing integrations.
