Ready to wrap up the week with some fresh updates from Factory, there?

We’re back with your regular round-up of improvements — all designed to help your team work more efficiently and with less friction.

🚀 New Features

• Notes Field Expansion: The Notes field now stretches across the full length of the Sales Order and Purchase Order Summary pages, making it easier to read and enter details
• Purchasing: You can now enlarge the custom message field in purchase order emails. Find this under Settings > Purchasing
• Sub-Kit Tracking: Users can now Clock On to Sub-Kits, even if no items have been added — more flexibility in your workflows
• Labour/Hourly Rate: When you update an Hourly Rate vja Settings > Team > select kebab/other options menu, it will now automatically apply to all existing Orders - no manual edits needed!

📱 Mobile Enhancements

• Planner - Schedule View: New Schedule View now includes filters for individual team members — so you can zero in on what matters
• Delivery Scheduling: We’ve optimised column widths in Daily View for a cleaner, more accessible layout
• User Roles: Pricing is now hidden for Productivity Only and Standard – No Pricing roles to keep the interface clear and role-specific.

🔧 Fixes & Tweaks

• Fixed an issue with Accounting Order #s column in Sales Orders main page for non-integrated accounts
• Corrected the Order count display per Customer on the Customer list page.
• Suppliers now load alphabetically by default for quicker navigation.
• Addressed a rounding issue on Partial Invoice Amounts when hovering over the Order Invoice Status column
• Fixed a rare white screen error when duplicating and enabling custom pricing for Product Kits
