📝 Edit existing submissions

Need to resubmit an existing response?

Open a submission in Fillout and click "Edit submission" to open a pre-filled update form. Re-submitting the form will also rerun any integrations.

👨‍👨‍👧 Pass information to child forms

You can now pass information from parent to child forms. Check out a demo video here, from no-code expert Dan Leeman.

📪 Send emails to multiple addresses

Your can now send custom respondent emails to multiple email addresses.

Last week, we launched our AI form importer. It's the easiest way to get started with Fillout. Just upload a PDF form or copy/paste a set of questions and ChatGPT will generate a fully working form.

• The address field now validates US zip codes.
• Respondents can optionally download files displayed in the PDF viewer.

Trigger automations for new submissions with Make. Enable Make beta access on the integrations tab in Fillout.

📈 Form analytics

The analytics tab is out of beta! View your form's completion rate and see how many submissions you're getting over time.

📊 Drop-off rates (Business plan)

Optimize your conversion rates with the new drop-off analytics view. See where respondents are dropping off at each step of your form.

🗺️ Address question improvements

Set a default country when collecting addresses. Mark individual fields as required or optional, like the zip code, city or address itself.

🪝 Multiple webhooks and "send all"

Webhooks let you send notifications to any destination (API) upon form submission. Fillout now supports adding multiple webhooks for a single form and choosing between sending all results automatically or customizing the request body.

🧑‍💻 Update records based on any field (Pro + Business)

Previously, update forms in Fillout required an "id" to be passed in the URL. Now, you can update Airtable, Notion, SmartSuite and other databases based on any field passed in the URL, like an email address or name.

Last week, we brought you ranking choice... this week, the choice matrix! The easiest way to let your users rate options on a scale.

📆 Date picker improvements

You can now type directly into date questions. We also improved date formatting options - just choose the format you need from a dropdown.

📊 Summary page

Head to the results tab to see a summary of all your form responses. Toggle between a bar or pie chart to visualize results.

🖨️ Print submissions as PDF

Open a form response and press on the "print" icon to generate a formatted PDF of all the questions and responses in the form. Learn more here.

👀 Form portal beta

For our Notion fans - you can now add to the content of the Notion page when a form is submitted. Just click on Notion on the form integrations tab.

Specify the min or max number of allowed linked records for the Airtable, Notion and SmartSuite integrations.

We also improved support for default values, added the ability to sum over multiple records and bettered performance for many linked records.

💻 Form embed improvements

Good news if you embed Fillout forms on your site: the standard embed now supports dynamic resizing! Plus, URL parameters are now passed to embeds automatically from the parent page.

📈 Monitor monthly form submissions

Head to the settings tab to see how many submissions all your forms have had this month.

• Added option to customize the "closed form" message.
• Fixed an issue with setting a default value on the "Currency" field.
• Added ability to edit and remove collaborators.
• The results page now links to which row was created in Google Sheets.

This was a tricky one to add since we always want to balance ease-of-use of the drag-n-drop system with power and flexibility.
