September updates: Introducing Churn Prevention & winbacks, and full support for Shopify's Horizon theme.

In this release, we equip merchants with new capabilities to reduce churn, new options to manage payment mandates, and offer full support for Shopify Horizon theme integration, and more.

Churn prevention via cancellation reasonsSubscribers who cancel in their ‘My Account Portal’ are now prompted to select a cancellation reason. Each reason can be linked to a winback offer, like pausing a subscription or skipping an order. If a customer still wishes to cancel, they’ll be asked to leave optional feedback. You can enable this feature directly in your Firmhouse Project under New Features. There you’ll also find documentation and setup guidance!

But that’s not all.

We've also shipped these valuable improvements:

• Full compatibility with Shopify Horizon theme for our subscription widgets
• Payment mandate management directly from your Firmhouse Project
• Company name updates via the Self Service Center (My Account Portal)

And rounding things out: Localized product titles, cleaner invoices, country-aware pricing, and a fix for free shipping options on SEPA plans.
