Projects: editing placeholders and invoices/bills

Edit placeholders and invoices/bills within a project

The date, reference and amount of a placeholder are now editable, along with the expected date of an invoice or bill.

Whether updating an overdue date or changing an amount, clicking the edit button on the right-hand side of the row will allow the details to be updated.
