Collaborators change that. You can now invite someone from outside your funeral home into Gather, and they'll see only the cases they're actually working on - nothing else.

Invite your officiating pastor and let them enter the order of service themselves. Assign your trade crematory and watch their KeepTrack steps update instead of calling for a status. Loop in transport, a celebrant, a cemetery contact, or a funeral home you're splitting a case with. On the cases they can see, Collaborators can genuinely work - updating tasks and completing steps, not just reading.

Everything else stays invisible to them. They can't see cases they aren't involved with. They can't see your financial information or reports unless you give them that access. Permissions are configurable one by one, just like a regular team member's.

Look for the new Invite Collaborator option on your My Team page. Your existing staff are unaffected and keep full visibility into every case.
