Introducing Easier, Faster Support

Hi there,

We want Gather to be perfect for you, your team, and your families, so we have implemented an easier, faster way for us to provide even more amazing support.

So how does it work?

In addition to instant chat, throughout the Gather platform, you can now click different buttons to create a quick ticket that will be routed instantly to our team so we can address it for you ASAP. These buttons will allow you to request the following help from our team:

  • Upload a new GPL
  • Upload a new Price List
  • Upload a new AutoForm
  • Request a fix to an existing AutoForm
  • Request an addition to your DC questions
  • Request a fix for your Statement

You will be automatically notified as we make progress, and you can view the status of all your tickets by clicking the bottom-right "Chat with us" button and then selecting the "Tickets" icon at the bottom of the chat window.

Will this delay your response time?

Nope. Our goal with this new approach is to actually improve our response times even more. You have a lot on your plate, and we want to do the best we can to provide instant support.

Can I still chat with you directly?

Of course, we always love to hear from our amazing funeral home partners-- please reach out anytime!

You can also chat with us directly from the ticket that is created so that all of the details needed to provide amazing support are in one place.
