Flexible Web Payment Control for Every Case

We’re pleased to offer your funeral home even greater flexibility with Web Payments. You now have the option to turn off online payments for any case directly from the Remember Page settings.

To adjust this setting: simply open the Remember Page, go to the Configure tab, and switch off the "Allow Payments from Website" toggle.

This enhancement was developed in response to your feedback, allowing you to manage Web Payments based on your specific needs—whether you're expecting an insurance payout, honoring a family’s request, or making an internal decision. The choice is now yours!
