New Reporting Fields Now Available in Gather Analytics 📊

We’ve just rolled out an update to the Case Financial data source in Gather Analytics, giving you access to several new reporting fields that provide deeper visibility into each case.

🧾 Statement Freeze Tracking

Two new fields help you monitor Statement activity over time:

• First Frozen Date
  The date the Statement of Goods & Services was first frozen for the case. This value never changes once set, and will remain blank if the Statement was never frozen.
• Last Frozen Date
  The date the Statement was most recently frozen. This value updates each time the Statement is re-frozen. If the Statement has never been frozen, this field will be blank.

These fields are helpful for audit trails and understanding case progress.

📄 Informant Contact & Address Details

You can now report on key Informant details pulled directly from the Death Certificate (INFORMANT section):

• DC Informant Phone Number
• DC Informant Email
• DC Informant Address 1
• DC Informant Address 2
• DC Informant City
• DC Informant State
• DC Informant Zip

🏡 Decedent Primary Residence Details

These new fields capture the primary residence address of the decedent, pulled from the LIFE section of the Death Certificate using Google Maps:

• Primary Residence Address 1
• Primary Residence Address 2
• Primary Residence City
• Primary Residence State
• Primary Residence Zip

This gives you greater visibility into where decedents lived, helping with demographic and locality-based reporting.

💵 Financial Calculations

• Statement-Level Adjustments
  This field reflects the total of all adjustments made at the statement level.

👤 Case Vitals

• Case DOB
  The decedent’s date of birth is now available as a standalone field for reporting.
