As our support scales to meet a growing number of requests, we’re working hard to maintain the same high standard. With that in mind, I’m excited to share an update:
👉 Starting Friday, August 22nd, we’re introducing a new AI-powered assistant to our support chat: Wellie, powered by Fin AI!
Fin AI is an innovative solution designed to deliver modern, conversational support 24/7. It communicates like a support specialist and is constantly learning from our resources (like the Help Center) and every interaction with you.
Here’s what this means for you:
⭐ Fun fact: Wellie has already been supporting your applicants and contractors 24/7 since April — with highly positive feedback!
💡 Note: Wellie can’t yet perform GovWell tasks (like adding workflow steps or deleting records), but it can/will attempt to guide you on how to do them.
We’re excited to bring this new capability to your experience - we can’t wait for you to give it a try!
