This innovative tool makes updating your application forms easier than ever. Instead of digging through menus or managing complex settings, you can simply use logic - or language-based instructions directly within the form - and the assistant will handle the changes for you.

It’s fast, seamless, and designed to save you time. Just tell the assistant what you need, and watch it do the work for you.

👉 Starting Friday, August 22nd, we’re introducing a new AI-powered assistant to our support chat: Wellie, powered by Fin AI!

Fin AI is an innovative solution designed to deliver modern, conversational support 24/7. It communicates like a support specialist and is constantly learning from our resources (like the Help Center) and every interaction with you.

Here’s what this means for you:

• Faster answers for quick questions. Wellie can instantly handle common requests and point you in the right direction — anytime, day or night.
• Live support is here to stay. Your access to our support team isn’t changing. If you prefer to speak to a real person, you’ll still be able to connect with us right away.
• A smoother experience overall. Think of the AI as a sidekick working alongside our specialists - helping you get quick answers faster, while giving our team more time to dive into the complex requests that need extra care.

⭐ Fun fact: Wellie has already been supporting your applicants and contractors 24/7 since April — with highly positive feedback!

💡 Note: Wellie can’t yet perform GovWell tasks (like adding workflow steps or deleting records), but it can/will attempt to guide you on how to do them.

Are your residents having trouble finding information they need? Now GovWell's AI Assistant has routing, so that even questions that the AI can't answer (the first time they are asked), the resident will be directed to a staff member who can assist!

GovWell introduces Routing for our AI Assistant! Now GovWell allows staff members to add particular contacts so that residents can find the information they need, even before the information is added to the system! And if a question gets routed this way, you can always add the answer to the question bank, so the AI will automatically answer it if it's asked again.

Do your residents want to access public information about permits and other records? Now staff can create Public Dashboards to expose relevant information to residents!

GovWell introduces Public Dashboards. GovWell now allows staff members to customize tables of records to be shown to the public. In module settings, there is now a 'Dashboards' tab, where staff can configure tables to expose to the public.

Want to see all documents in one place? GovWell now allows staff to view all documents related to each module, complete with filtering and downloading!

GovWell introduces Document View! Now GovWell allows staff users to view Document Pages that display all documents related to a module (click a module's dropdown in the lefthand menu). It has filtering, downloading, and more - check it out!

Tired of downloading each file on a record one by one? GovWell now allows staff users to download all files from a record, organized by file type!

GovWell introduces Downloading all files! Now GovWell allows staff users to download all (selected) files; simply click More in the top right corner of a record, select Download Files, and then choose the file types you'd like to download! The downloaded zip file even organizes the files by type.
