Talent Pool Updates

Overview:

The updated UI (Talent Pool Beta), that was released in July, has officially replaced the old Talent Pool UI! We've also added even more improvements based on feedback while in Beta.

Reminder of updated features (Scroll to see July's product update for more details on each):

  • Updated Table layout
  • Editable columns
  • Addition of Bulk Action functionality for Sending Bulk Messages, Adding Candidates to Lists, and Adding Tags
  • Pagination (show up to 100 lines on a page)
  • Improved filtering capabilities
  • Improved savable Segment functionality

Added features/improvements:

  • Improved CSV Import functionality
  • New "ATS ID" column added
  • Now able to filter on "messaging_consent"

Hiring Hub Updates

Overview

New improvements to the Hiring Hub were designed to make it easier for you to find and manage jobs!

New filters:

  • Recruiter
  • Hiring Manager
  • Coordinator
  • Sourcer
  • Job Status (e.g., Open, Closed, Other)

We renamed "Related People" filter to "Hiring Team"

Use cases for difference filters:

  • Use the new filters (like Recruiter) for a specific search. It will only show jobs where a person is assigned to that exact role.
  • Use the Hiring Team filter for a broad search. It will find any job a person is associated with, regardless of their role.
