Overview:
This update introduces powerful new functionality to simplify large-scale event management. This new functionality is now for all accounts with Scheduling enabled.
NEW Functionality
Job-based Events:
For 1:1, Group, and Pooled Availability events, you can now select a Job-based Event type, which is linked to a specific job and can use Dynamic Organizers (Hiring Manager, Recruiter, etc.) based on the ATS Hiring Team role.
Internal Notes Field:
All events now have an Internal Notes field for organizers that is not shown to the candidate. Notes are emailed to the organizer upon booking and 30 minutes before the event.
Admin Visibility & Control:
Admins now have the ability to view and manage (edit/delete) other people's 1:1, Group, and Pooled events. New filters on the main Scheduling page make it easy to manage a large number of events.
Calendar Setup Monitoring:
The Manage Users table now includes Scheduling calendar and Conferencing filters, making it easy for Admins to identify users who need their calendar configured.
Overview:
The automations landing page and creation flow are being updated to modernize the UI.
