At Harvest Hosts, we’re passionate about supporting small businesses. That’s why we’re investing in the site to streamline your hosting experience so you can focused on the success of your business.

We've listened to your feedback and tested these features with current Hosts, and we think you're going to really like the changes we're making. Our goal is to ensure you have the right tools to simplify your hosting experience because without Hosts, there would be no Harvest Hosts!

What’s the same

Rest assured, the tools you have come to rely on are still available. For now, please continue using the old website to update your profiles. But mark your calendars (May 2024) when we unveil our brand new Host interface, designed to make profile editing quicker and easier than ever before. Plus, we're throwing in some exciting extra features to enhance your experience!

What’s new

Host Dashboard Updates: A Dedicated Command Center

• We consolidated all your hosting actions in one place so you can easily check off your tasks.
• From managing messages to approving stay requests, we separated every action into a separate tab so you can navigate around quickly and easily.

Host Profile Updates: Reinvented to Drive More Members your Way

• We transformed Host Profiles to sport a new look that will better showcase your offerings.
• We added a new section sharing the estimated time frame members can expect to hear back from you to reduce member cancellations.
• (Coming soon!) We’re adding a dedicated section to your profile featuring parking and arrival times with the goal of decreasing member questions and cancellations.
• (Coming soon!) We’re also highlighting if you offer hookups and additional nights, amenities that go above and beyond the Harvest Hosts requirements.

Stay Request Updates: Get to Know the Member

• We gave each member a travel profile so you can get a comprehensive view of the member before accepting stays.
• (Coming soon!) We're updating emails to deliver member rig information and reviews right in your inbox.
• We’re encouraging members to add more information to their profiles and will continue to update throughout the year.
