Why we redesigned the website

We’re passionate about the RV community. That’s why we’re investing in the website to streamline your hosting experience so you can focus on connection and community.

We've listened to your feedback and tested these features with current Hosts, and we think you're going to really like the changes we're making. Our goal is to ensure you have the right tools to simplify your hosting experience because without Hosts, there would be no Harvest Hosts!

What’s the same

Rest assured, the tools you have come to rely on are still available. For now, please continue using the old website to update your profiles. But mark your calendars (May 2024) when we unveil our brand new Host interface, designed to make profile editing quicker and easier than ever before. Plus, we're throwing in some exciting extra features to enhance your experience!

Host Dashboard Updates: A Dedicated Command Center

• We consolidate all your actions in one place so you can check off your hosting tasks one-by-one.
• From managing messages to approving stay requests, we separated every action into a separate tab so you can navigate around quickly and easily.
• Toggle seamlessly between your Host profile and your Member profile to get the best of both worlds

Member Name Consistency: A Unified Front

• From stay requests to reviews, Member’s first and last names will be used consistently so you can know who to expect

Host Profile Updates: Reinvented to drive more Members your way

• We transformed Host Profiles to sport a new look that will better showcase your location
• We are surfacing key details more effectively to reduce member questions and cancellations
• We reinforced our code-of-conduct for Members traveling with pets
