We gave Hosts the ability to manually add stays directly to their calendar through the platform for Members who may have made arrangements outside of the platform or for any other special circumstances. With just a few clicks, you can ensure your calendar is up-to-date and accurately reflects all scheduled stays, giving you greater control and flexibility in managing your hosting availability.
We’ve made it easier for you to manage your bookings with the new "Download and Print Stay Requests" feature. Through the daily digest email, you can now easily download and print all your stay requests in just a few clicks. This feature is perfect for keeping a hard copy on hand, reviewing requests offline, or sharing details with your team.
Hosts can now display any additional fees for water, sewer, and electric directly on Host profiles. This update allows Members to see and understand any extra costs associated with their stay before booking, ensuring there are no surprises. By clearly listing these fees on your profile, you help Members make informed decisions, leading to a more straightforward and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Members are now required to complete a brief survey when canceling requests on the day of their stay. This feedback helps us identify any issues or patterns and allows us to address concerns promptly.
