Dark mode and messaging improvements with v4.0.6

📣 Introducing Infloww v4.0.6

Here's what's new in our latest release:

Enhanced accessibility

  • Dark mode: Experience Infloww in a whole new light with Dark Mode, enhancing usability in low-light environments. Users can also synchronize their display settings so that OnlyFans will match their preferences on Infloww. Head over to Settings < User Preferences to make the switch.
  • Batch edit employee groups and roles: Team leaders and managers can now edit employee groups and assign roles to multiple employees at the same time.

Messaging and vault improvements

  • Improved insights panel: We've fine-tuned the insights panel to enhance your Chatter's interactions with fans. Set the time zone, fan source (e.g., TikTok, Reddit), and view their spending habits to improve fan engagement.
  • Vault tags, posting history, and automatic withdrawal: Organize your vault by including tags and notes to your media content. View the posting history of your Creators' content and unsend any messages sent from the vault.

V4.1 release delayed to next week

We are in the process of testing v4.1 with a few agencies and optimizing our solution.

What you can expect:

  • Auto-renew promo campaigns: Agencies will be able to create promo campaigns and automatically renew them when they expire.
  • Tracking and free trial links: Agencies will be able to create promo links, tracking links and free trial links for external channels like TikTok, Reddit, and Discord. Get insights into your trial and tracking links' performance with detailed statistics on the Tracking Links and Free Trial Links page.

V5 is coming next month, and it's our biggest release yet.

Spoiler—an entirely new chat experience and advanced automation is on the way.

Network and proxy improvements with 4.0.5

📣 Introducing Infloww v4.0.5

Here's what's new in our latest release:

  • Automating network proxies: Chatters will no longer need to be forced to manually choose between networks. Instead, Infloww will automatically select the best network proxy, guaranteeing optimal connectivity and minimal disruptions.
  • Unique Creator proxies: Agencies can now use their own custom proxies for each Creator without having to filter through usage through Infloww's network. This means your proxy will be detected by OnlyFans, not Infloww.

    If you prefer using your custom proxy for added security or to use a non-US proxy, submit a custom proxy request to our team with your proxy details.

Expect new features and changes with V4.1 later this August. Stay tuned for more updates and improvements!

📣 Introducing Infloww v4.0.4

Here's what's new in our latest release:

  • Shift optimizations: Common shifts found in shift settings will be neatly displayed in ascending order based on their start time. This streamlines shift scheduling, ensuring a smoother workflow for your team.
  • Optimized Auto-Follow data: We've made some back-end optimizations to enhance the Auto-Follow feature.
  • Improved employee management: When unassigning Creators from employees, access to the Creator accounts will now be immediately revoked for employees.

Improvements to Shift Schedule and Sales Settings with 4.0.3

📣 Introducing Infloww v4.0.3

Here's what's new and improved in our latest release.

Shift Schedule enhancements

  • Assign all employees: When creating shifts, you can now conveniently select and assign all individual employees, including Chatters that do not have access to the Creator.
  • Granting access to Creators: When scheduling Chatters to shifts with Creators they are not initially assigned with, you'll now have the option to grant them access to the Creator.
  • Repeating shift details: Hover over a repeating shift to view information about its frequency per week and the cut-off date. If there's no cut-off date, it won't be displayed.
  • Efficient deletion: When deleting repeating shifts, you can choose to delete only the selected shift or remove the shift and all future shifts within the cycle.

Sales Settings improvements

  • Flexible rule activation: After editing your agency's sales settings, you'll be prompted to choose when the changes take effect. Select to apply them immediately or schedule them for a future date.

We've also added a few UI optimizations that will improve your quality of life while using Infloww, keep an eye out for them!

We're excited to introduce new features and improvements that enhance customization, management, and messaging capabilities on Infloww.

With v4.0, agencies have access to

  • Improved Analytics: We've improved our analytics system, providing agencies with enhanced insights via Creator, Chatter, and Fan reports.
  • Comprehensive Chatter Reports: Gain valuable insights into your Chatters' performance with Infloww's Chatter Reports. Track and visualize key metrics such as Chatter Sales, Sales Rank, and Statistics, including keywords sent, average response time, number of sent messages, number of PPVs sent, number of unlocked PPVs, and more—all by the day, week, month, or hour!
  • Customizable Sales Settings: You have complete control over how Chatter earnings are calculated in your Chatter Reports. Customize Chatter sales and earnings calculations based on preferences, including employee shifts and earnings types (Messages, Tips, Posts, Subscriptions, Streams, and Referrals).
  • Overhauled Shift Scheduler: We've cleaned up the UI and made it easy for you to create shifts and assign them to your employees and the Creators you manage—all within the shift calendar or by clicking Create Shift. Set the date, time, and how often it repeats every week with just a few clicks.
  • Better messaging features: We've reworked the fan widget to make it more user-friendly. Chatters can also now pin the chat to open a new window. This functionality enables seamless management of notifications and tabbed conversations with up to 10 fans.

Exclude lists for online mass messages and an improved experience for tabs

When sending online mass messages, you can now exclude lists to avoid spamming certain fans.

In the Role Permissions settings, it's also possible to restrict access to the Mass Messages and Online Mass Messages features from your employees.

We heard your feedback concerning tabs, and we’ve made some small adjustments to improve the UX. You will now find the chat and notification list anchored in the first tabs, allowing you to quickly open new tabs without leaving the new window.

The much-anticipated v4 is now undergoing beta trials with a handful of agencies. Next Monday we will release the official version to everyone.

View complete history inside PPV timeline and auto-expand fan insights widget

You can now view the full history in the PPV timeline. Open the widget, scroll to the left and Infloww will show a timeline of all historical PPVs sent from Day 1.

You’ll also notice a new setting to auto-expand the fan widget when switching chats. This gives users more control when jumping between fans, without having the widget come in their way. Don’t forget, it is still possible to drag and drop the widget anywhere within the CRM window.

Next week we’ll be unveiling the first of 3 massive releases.

- A completely new shift scheduler

- Full customization on what earnings sources should be included in Chatter Earnings (mass messages, tips, etc. you choose!)

- An improved tabbing experience (thanks to some great customer feedback we received)

- The most advanced chatter metrics dashboard on the market. You’ll be able to track keywords sent, average response time, number of sent messages, number of PPVs sent, number of unlocked PPVs, and more, all by the hour

v3.1.7 is live 🙌!

We've added the ability to:

  • create up to 10 tabs to quickly jump between important conversations with selected fans
  • automatically withdraw online mass messages that haven't been read by fans, so that you can nudge fans more often without spamming their inbox
  • detect and prevent banned words from appearing in S4S posts, giving way to more trust in the Share for Share Community
