We’ve continued rolling out improvements across Inventory Ally this month focused on making setup easier, strengthening integrations, and improving the accuracy of your ordering and inventory data.

🚀 New Features & Enhancements

🔐 Single Sign-On (SSO) Now Available for Inventory Alliance Community

Users can now access the Inventory Alliance Community with a simplified Single Sign-On experience.

This means:

  • Fewer separate logins to manage
  • Faster access to training materials and onboarding resources
  • A smoother experience moving between Inventory Ally and Inventory Analysis

🤖 Coming Soon: Smarter Auto-Merge Suggestions for Duplicate Items

We are preparing rollout of enhanced Auto-Merge functionality designed to help reduce duplicate and overlapping inventory items faster and more accurately.

This upcoming enhancement will:

  • Identify likely duplicate products more intelligently
  • Pull in additional medication details such as ingredients and concentrations
  • Help make item cleanup significantly faster while still keeping your team in control

More updates to come as this feature becomes available.

🔌 Integration Improvements

📊 Improved VetSuccess Reporting Sync Reliability

We’ve enhanced the way Inventory Ally sends data to VetSuccess (PIMS data partner) to provide:

  • More stable data transfers
  • Faster processing for larger hospitals
  • Better long-term sync reliability

No action is required from current VetSuccess-connected users.

🔗 Improved ezyVet Connection Stability

We’ve released behind-the-scenes improvements to strengthen Inventory Ally’s connection with ezyVet.

This helps ensure:

  • More dependable data syncing
  • Fewer authentication mismatches
  • Cleaner hospital-to-account mapping accuracy

🩺 New IntraVet Integration Available via SyncVet

Inventory Ally now supports IntraVet connection through our SyncVet integration partner.

This expands integration availability for hospitals using IntraVet and allows more practices to bring PIMs sales data into Inventory Ally daily.

🛠 Accuracy & Performance Improvements

📦 More Accurate Transaction Matching = Stronger Ordering Recommendations

We released several improvements to strengthen transaction loading and product matching behind the scenes.

These updates help:

  • Resolve missing transactions caused by product naming inconsistencies
  • Reduce occasional duplicate transaction imports
  • Improve transaction filtering across certain vendor feeds

Result:

  • Cleaner usage history
  • More accurate demand forecasting
  • Stronger ordering recommendations

💊 Better Product Detail Recognition Across Integrations

We’ve improved how product codes and item details populate across several connected systems, helping reduce mismatches and improve item recognition.

This creates:

  • Cleaner item records
  • Fewer manual corrections
  • Better visibility into product history

🧹 Smarter Merge Suggestions

We are in the testing phase of a new feature: Merge Suggestions! This will allow redundant products to be surfaced to users and recommended for merging.

Enhancements include:

  • Better protection against products that should not be merged
  • Improved flexibility in merge logic
  • More precise duplicate item cleanup suggestions

This means faster and safer item organization for your inventory list.

🐞 Bug Fixes & Stability Updates

This month also included multiple behind-the-scenes fixes to improve day-to-day platform consistency, including:

  • Improved loading behavior for PIMS transaction pages
  • Improved alternative item search reliability

  • Additional backend speed and performance optimizations

These updates are aimed at making Inventory Ally more dependable during everyday use.
