Updates In Lever360
This month we gave Lever360 a voice (well, technically, a text bubble 🗨️). You can now send and manage text messages directly inside the platform (pending A2P 10DLC compliance), with live notifications, unread counts, and sleek UI that ties conversations to jobs and contacts. In addition, job reports, billing, and equipment workflows got sharper, while mobile picked up billing functionality and photo upgrades. Simply put—whether you’re chatting, invoicing, or snapping pics, Lever360 just got way more convenient.
We have another update being released today and we will send the release notes for it next week. Even more improvements have been made!

WEB
New Features & Enhancements
Note: You may notice some SMS-related features available in the platform. These are currently in a supervised rollout phase as we work through A2P 10DLC compliance requirements. Each company will need to complete an A2P 10DLC compliance application to send SMS text messages. While the interface is visible, certain texting capabilities may not be fully functional yet. We’ll notify you as soon as these features are officially ready for use.
Phone system upgrades:
Conversations are now integrated with calls, plus updated referral logic and clearer call logs.

Number purchase is now available, so you can provision new phone numbers directly in Lever360.

You can change linkages for non-my call logs, giving more flexibility in assigning calls.

Most importantly: the double call issue should now be fixed. Please test this on your devices—outgoing calls may still briefly play the bot, but that will be removed with the upcoming timecard approval deployment.

Active call modals were refreshed for a cleaner, more intuitive experience.
- Addressed Twilio call stability issues that affected a few specific edge cases. Continue to work on edge cases.
Smarter job management:
- Drag and drop job statuses to reorder them however you like.
- Job reports got a facelift—cleaner columns, updated design, and improved back-end logic.
- Referrals now tie neatly into Twilio numbers for a smoother workflow.

Fractional line items in estimates now display correctly.

Dates of loss now show on forms without unnecessary time stamps.

QuickBooks sync now ignores accidental extra spaces in records.
Tax management upgrades:
- Added a “Tax” checkbox to Scope Line Items and Settings → Scope Line Items add/edit modals. Each revenue or estimate scope item can now be taxed individually. Added a Sales Tax field to Scope Line Items for full transparency.
- New columns and calculations have been added to the Revenue-Estimate Scope Details page.
Billing & payments:
- The “To” field in email modals now autofills from customer emails and lets you pick from your contact list for To/CC—no more copy-pasting.
- You can now delete or edit payments made with Credit Card via Stripe.

Stripe improvement: an automatic email notification now sends to the Collector and Project Manager on a job whenever a Stripe payment is collected.
Reporting tweaks:
- Fractional line items in estimates now display correctly.
- Dates of loss now show on Forms without unnecessary times.
- Data syncing to QuickBooks ignores accidental extra spaces.
Performance polish:
- General speed improvements across Contacts, Companies, Related Contacts, Job List, Job Details, Call Logs, and Text Messages.
Performance polish:
- Tax statuses now sort numerically after strings for easier browsing.
- Users now hear full voicemail greetings when calls forward, with a cleaner ringback tone.
- Fixed sorting and stability in the Tasks and Schedule Resource Grid pages.
Other Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where pictures uploaded offline didn’t appear in the Picture Report after syncing.
- Resolved various reporting glitches and job status issues.
- Squashed multiple Twilio SMS bugs across both front-end and back-end.
- Corrected a typo in the Jobs Report.
MOBILE
Main Updates:

Mobile billing upgrade: Billing logic now runs directly on mobile with a refreshed UI, so you can handle charges without relying on the server.

Texting on the go: Twilio SMS is now fully supported in the mobile app, connected to the new back-end.

Picture grid refresh: Browsing your job photos is faster and easier thanks to a redesigned picture grid.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed slow picture uploads in dryout logs—your photos should now save quickly and reliably.

Web Updates: Automatic Updates - Lever360 will automatically update the Web to the latest version. If you believe you are not running the latest version, then clear your browser cache and reload the page.
Mobile Version: Run update from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
