We’ve released new form signing enhancements in Lever360 to give you more control and flexibility when sending documents like Service Authorizations.

What’s New

• Form Initials
  Require customers to initial specific sections before completing a form.
• Form Sender Signature (Employee Signature)
  Capture an employee’s signature before the form is sent to the customer.
• Company Signature on Forms
  Apply a static company-level signature that appears on every form.

These options can be used individually or together to support clearer acknowledgements and more complete form workflows
