Updates In Lever360

This release focuses on email reliability, Kanban board consistency, and targeted quality-of-life improvements across web and mobile. The changes below address specific issues that could affect visibility, loading behavior, or data accuracy—especially when working with emails, Kanban workflows, and integrations.

Several internal improvements were also made to support more reliable behavior under heavier usage, without changing core workflows.


Web Updates

Email Reliability & Visibility

  • Emails sent from the mobile app while offline are now queued and sent automatically once connectivity is restored.
  • Job-related emails are now visible even if the user is not currently connected to Gmail or Outlook.
  • The email list now supports pagination, making long email histories easier to load and navigate.
  • The email table has been updated to match the layout used in billing tables for consistency.
  • A new From column and clearer send-status indicators have been added to the email list.
  • Emails that fail to send are now clearly marked and disabled to prevent confusion.

Microsoft & Google Email Integration

  • Improved handling when Microsoft or Google email permissions expire, including clearer messages in the UI.
  • Email tokens now refresh automatically in the background when possible.
  • If user action is required, a banner is displayed with a direct link to Email Settings.

Kanban Board Improvements

  • Jobs now remain visible in the correct columns after status changes, including drag-and-drop updates.
  • The Kanban board now refreshes after job status changes without resetting active filters.
  • Closed-state columns now calculate date ranges consistently up to the current date.
  • Kanban loading behavior has been updated to use job-count-based loading (10 / 25 / 50 jobs) instead of date-based loading.
  • Search by Job ID has been added to the Kanban board.

Calls & Communication

  • A new Cancelled status has been added to call logs for improved tracking.
  • Active jobs now appear more consistently in dropdowns where expected.

Additional Fixes & Stability

  • Resolved issues where jobs disappeared from Kanban columns after using Show More while in closed type status
  • Fixed incorrect date calculations when switching Kanban date filters.
  • Addressed email-related UI issues, including missing loaders, incorrect empty states, and failed sends.
  • Fixed estimate PDF generation errors.
  • Resolved cases where totals displayed as $0.00 under specific conditions.
  • Improved table loading behavior to prevent flickering or misplaced empty states.
  • Internal performance and reliability improvements related to email handling and data loading.

Mobile Updates

Email & Messaging

  • Improved how emails are saved and synced on mobile.
  • Mobile now uses the same email handling logic as the web platform.
  • Users can now send Invoice and Estimate PDFs directly from the mobile app.
  • SMS sending now uses the same delivery method as web for consistency.
  • After sending an SMS, the app no longer blocks the screen with a full-screen loader.

Tasks & Scheduling

  • Tasks can now be sorted by Due Date.
  • The End Date field has been renamed to Due Date for clarity.
  • Overdue tasks are now displayed with bold red due dates for better visibility.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed cases where closed jobs did not appear correctly on the Kanban board.
  • Resolved SMS timeout issues.
  • Fixed missing custom email templates on mobile.
  • Improved time accuracy in form footers based on the user’s local device.
