Version 2.21.0 is live. This release adds Propelr as a payment processing option alongside Stripe, along with a solid round of improvements across the platform, web, and mobile. Here's everything that's new.


🆕 Propelr Payment Processing — Now Available

Lever360 has supported Stripe for payment processing, and we're now adding Propelr as a second option. Both are fully supported and clearly organized in your Payment Gateway settings — whichever processor works best for your business, Lever360 has you covered.

Payment Gateway — Reorganized The Payment Gateway settings have been restructured to clearly separate Stripe and Propelr with a new dedicated Payment Gateway block. Setup instructions and direct links to Propelr resources are now available right on the Payment Gateway page. Organizations using separate Propelr accounts can store individual login credentials securely with full encryption.

Collect Now — Card & ACH Your team can now collect card and ACH payments directly from a job. The Collect Now flow supports method switching, validation, an open balance check, and clear messaging for declined cards, invalid routing numbers, insufficient funds, and other edge cases.

Pay Now Page — Card & ACH The Pay Now page now supports both card and ACH with full method switching, state management, and user-friendly messaging throughout the payment flow.

Payment Details — Refunds & Partial Voids From the Payment Details page, your team can now process refunds and partial voids directly inside Lever360, with validation, edge case handling, and clear success and error states at every step. If a refund isn't available because a transaction hasn't settled yet, the platform will let you know.

Balance & Transaction History Once your Propelr account is connected, your payment balance and full transaction history are visible directly inside Lever360. Payment details are accessible right from the history view.

Transaction Timeline Every transaction now has a full timeline tracking status changes and completed operations — so your team always knows exactly where a payment stands.

Receipt PDFs Receipts now support both Stripe and Propelr. Whichever processor you use, receipts generate correctly.

Additional Propelr Updates

  • Billing address label and phone number format updated in Estimate and Invoice Reports
  • Payment status now updates reliably after a payment is processed
  • Address fields pass correctly in all payment requests
  • Payments entered by card owner vs. by phone are now distinguished
  • Popup text updated and displays only when relevant data is present
  • Payment link and Collect Now tooltips updated
  • Account initialization logic for separate accounts refined

🔧 General Platform Improvements

These updates apply across the platform — backend, web, and mobile.

  • Email To and CC field validation — special characters that could prevent delivery are now blocked across web and mobile
  • Percent (%) values on tasks now display accurately
  • Payment method in declined transaction modal now accurately reflects the method used when a transaction is not completed
  • Active employee list now displays all active employees reliably — employees will appear correctly across all views without additional steps
  • Billing address label and phone number format in Estimate and Invoice Reports updated
  • Public pages — payment links and public job pages now open reliably regardless of which company account is active in the same browser session

💻 Web Improvements

  • Resources on Schedule now display in the sort order defined in your Resource Setup
  • Attachment previewing on invoices — attachments can now be previewed consistent with the Estimate PDF experience
  • Schedule Date/Time update logic refined for more predictable behavior
  • Clock Out confirmation modal improvements
  • Stripe settings page now refreshes automatically after credentials are entered
  • Company name on load now displays correctly and consistently on initial load
  • Validation updated to handle hidden characters
  • Task Schedule checkbox now stays in sync with the associated schedule record
  • Time picker manual entry — editing time values directly in time picker fields now works smoothly alongside the standard picker controls
  • Placeholder description text removed from under report headers in the Reports section
  • "AUTHORIZATION" label in User Settings refined
  • "Date" field on the Create Invoice screen now reads "Due Date"

📱 Mobile Improvements

  • AM/PM time format when creating appointments from Task Details now displays accurately
  • Schedule Date/Time update logic refined, consistent with the web experience
  • Propelr compatibility — mobile payment flows fully aligned with the latest integration
