Major upgrades to mobile photo capture, a refreshed QuickBooks integration, and a round of refinements across Job List search, invoicing defaults, and mobile workflows.
This release brings meaningful upgrades to mobile — making field photo capture significantly faster and more flexible — alongside an updated QuickBooks integration and a round of targeted refinements across both web and mobile. Here's what's new.
Field documentation just got a lot smoother. Two big improvements to the mobile photo gallery:
You can now take multiple photos in succession without having to confirm each one individually. Snap a series of photos rapidly while walking a job site, and they'll all be captured in one flow.

The previous photo upload limit on iOS has been lifted. Capture as much job documentation as the work requires — there's no longer a cap.
Together, these changes make mobile photo workflows dramatically faster for technicians, estimators, and project managers documenting jobs in the field. (LD-457)

Searching the Job List while sorted by Customer Name now returns results immediately — no need to toggle filters or re-trigger anything to surface matches. (LD-492)
The Assignees field search now matches names regardless of capitalization, so you can find people quickly without worrying about how their name was entered. (LD-487)
When editing a Job from the mobile app, the QuickBooks Sub Customer ID and associated QB fields are now preserved — keeping your QuickBooks data intact whether changes are made on web or mobile. (LD-499)
Setting a referral company or referral contact on a Job from the mobile app now saves and displays as expected on the Job Detail view. (LD-419)
Last Visit Date now updates automatically with Communications notes — Adding notes to Company Communications on the mobile app now updates the company's Last Visit Date automatically — no more manual updating required. (LD-435)
Web: Updates are automatic. If you don't see the changes right away, refresh your browser or clear your cache.
Mobile: Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play (search "Lever360").
