Deeper search on the Focus and Collection Boards, faster mobile lists with built-in quick actions, and a sharper camera.
This release makes it faster to find what you need. Board search now covers job addresses and assigned staff, and the mobile app's lists, quick actions, filters and camera all got a full refresh.
💻 Web Improvements
• Focus and Collection Boards: Search both boards by any text, including the job address. The Collection Board also searches and sorts by Account Rep, Lead Technician, Project Manager and Estimator, with unassigned jobs listed first so they're easy to pick up.
• Note types: Company Note Types and Contact Note Types are now their own editable lists, so each can match how your team works, and your custom note types carry over to the mobile app. Mark which note types count toward a company's or contact's Last Visit Date. (LD-781)
• Tasks: Labor Hours now sits in the Status block on the task card, next to completion percentage and priority. (LD-839)
• Reports: The Job Contacts Report has a new Email column, showing the contact's email or the company's address for a company. (LD-717)
📱 Mobile Improvements
The mobile app's lists got a full refresh, with quick actions built in so you can act right from the list.
Quick actions
• Jobs: Swipe a job card to open directions in your maps app, call or text
• Companies and contacts: Call or text the primary number right from the list
Find things faster
• An alphabet quick-scroll down the right side of job, company, contact and route lists
• A floating search bar that stays out of the way while you scroll, and dedicated Sort & Filter screens for jobs, companies and routes
• An active filters bar where any filter comes off with a tap
• Pinned section headers, and helpful empty states when nothing matches

Camera and photos
• A 2x zoom stop on phones that support it (digital zoom on phones without a telephoto lens), pinch to zoom up to 10x, and a clearer zoom and flash display
• Edit photos in the 24h report, and Point Location Ref previews update as soon as you save
• On iOS, the app offers to delete the original after you edit a photo
Switching companies
• Switch companies in a simple popup that works smoothly, even during a sync. The button only appears for people with access to more than one company. (LD-852)
⚡ Quick Hits
• Propelr payments apply to their invoice automatically across Collect Now, Pay Now and Send Payment Link (LD-824)
• Deactivated employees come off every text conversation right away (LD-848)
• Links to a removed job or an expired signature request open a clear "not found" page (LD-850)
• Closed job statuses offer a simple Paid or Lost choice
• Dropdowns on iOS handle typed values and clearing smoothly, including on timecards
