Early access to connecting Lever360 with AI assistants, starting with Claude.
This release opens early access to connecting Lever360 with AI assistants, starting with Claude. Once it's connected, you can ask about your jobs in plain English and have Claude handle some of the routine work for you. It also includes a round of small optimizations across the platform.
🤖 AI Connection (Early Access)
Lever360 connects to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Our focus right now is Claude, with support for other assistants to follow.
What it can do
• Look up jobs, tasks, rooms, equipment, contacts, companies, notes, appointments and forms for signature
• Read finance records: invoices, payments, credit memos, estimates, purchase orders, revenue items and sales taxes
• Take a short list of actions: create a job, create a company, create an appointment, update an appointment, and change a job's status
Access is set up by your admin.
MCP access is controlled by its own user group, separate from your regular Lever360 permissions. An admin creates the MCP group, chooses what data it can reach, and adds the people who can connect.
