Two days to take a closer look at your operation. Sales, leadership, responsibilities and operating costs, all through one simple lens: running your company like a hot dog stand, with every station laid out on the cart.

You'll leave with:

• A clearer view of your own operation, every station laid out
• A better handle on your numbers
• A room full of owners and managers who get it

See it running for real. The retreat is held in our Restoration Technical Institute classroom, inside our own operating property restoration company. On top of the presenters, you'll get a preview of how we use Lever360 at our own company and how it all comes together for the business, from operations to the office to the field staff.

Hear from the room. This is a collaborative setting. Expect plenty of back-and-forth, feedback and ideas from other restorers and people across the industry.

Bring the team. Five people, five stations on the cart. It lands better when the people running each station hear it together.
