Effective 5/4 - New M1 Requirements for New Homes & New Community

• [New Homes] Escrow Date Requirement: Partners will be required to capture the Escrow Date as part of the M1 requirement for New Homes. An executed escrow agreement will need to be uploaded as the confirmation of the escrow date with the M1 submission packet.

• [New Community] Community Name Requirement: Partners will need to include 'The Community Name' as part of the M1 requirement.
