New Jersey:

Effective immediately (06/15/26), New Jersey projects are only required to provide proof of ADI submission at M1. Conditional approval is no longer required and the process has temporarily reverted to the pre-March 1, 2026 requirement.

Please note that projects must still complete conditional registration and receive final ADI acceptance by M2. Failure to satisfy these requirements may result in Palmetto clawing back the full incentive amount. Link: HERE

Illinois:

Effective ummeadiately (6/15/26), all Illinois projects must meet the required Volt-Var settings and Illinois DG Rebate requirements as outlined in the KB article. Compliance with these requirements must be verified and submitted at M1.

  • Projects that do not meet these requirements will be subject to rejection at M2, and LightReach will begin rejecting Illinois projects that do not meet the Illinois DG Rebate requirements.

To avoid project rejections and delays, all teams submitting Illinois projects must ensure compliance with the incentive requirements outlined in the M1 Incentives KB article before submission.
