Today, we are releasing the new Quick Prompt Agent together with a range of improvements across the Content Library, Composer chats, projects, rules, and the Content Agent.

The biggest change is that Quick Prompts are no longer fixed.

Until now, Quick Prompts in Magnity were centrally configured and users could only use the prompts already available to them.

With this release, users can create their own Quick Prompts for the first time.

You can build them manually, edit them, organise them, share them with others, or ask the new Quick Prompt Agent to create them for you using AI.

This turns Quick Prompts from a fixed library of predefined actions into something much more flexible: reusable workflows that can be created around the way you actually work.

⚡ Introducing the Quick Prompt Agent

The new Quick Prompt Agent helps you build Quick Prompts using AI.

Simply describe what you want the Quick Prompt to do, and the agent will create it for you.

For example:

“Build me a UX Honeycomb analysis Quick Prompt that compares the page or pages I add with two competitor pages.”

The agent understands the structure of existing Quick Prompts and will try to follow the same patterns when creating a new prompt of the same type.

This makes it much easier to create more advanced and consistent Quick Prompts without having to construct every instruction manually.

You can also create and edit Quick Prompts manually if you prefer.

🔐 Global, shared, and private Quick Prompts

When creating a Quick Prompt, you can decide who should have access to it.

Global

Available to everyone.

Only administrators can create Global Quick Prompts.

Shared

Available to other users in the Shared folder.

This is useful for prompts that are relevant to a team or group of users but do not need to be available globally.

Private

Only visible to you.

Private Quick Prompts are stored under My Quick Prompts.

This means you can now build both personal prompt libraries and shared organisational workflows.

📂 Managing Quick Prompts

Quick Prompts can be managed under:

Control Panel → Quick Prompt

Here, you can choose between:

• All Quick Prompts
• Composer Quick Prompts
• Content Agent Quick Prompts

You can filter Quick Prompts by category and search for specific prompts.

You can also reorder categories, allowing you to control the order in which they are shown.

Quick Prompts can now be cloned as well.

This makes it easy to take an existing Quick Prompt, create a copy, and adapt it without changing the original.

💬 Create a Quick Prompt directly from chat

You can also create a Quick Prompt directly from one of your own chat messages.

Under your chat message, you will now see a small speech bubble with a plus sign.

Click it to turn that prompt into a Quick Prompt.

This is useful when you have written a prompt that worked particularly well and want to save it for future use.

Instead of recreating it later, you can turn it into a reusable Quick Prompt immediately.

📸 Website screenshots for richer analysis

To make Content Agent analysis and Quick Prompt workflows more powerful, Magnity can now take screenshots of webpages.

You currently have four options:

• Desktop, full page
• Desktop, above the fold
• Mobile, full page
• Mobile, above the fold

This is the first version of screenshot support, and we are already considering additional resolutions and formats.

Screenshots can be used as part of Content Agent analysis.

For example, you can add one or more pages from your own website, add competitor pages, and ask

Magnity to create a combined:

• UX analysis
• Design analysis
• Communication analysis

Magnity can then evaluate the visual design, user experience, structure, and written communication together.

The screenshots can also be included in the resulting output.

This makes it possible to analyse a webpage as an actual visual experience rather than only analysing its underlying text.

🧪 Example: Build a UX comparison workflow

One practical example is to ask the Quick Prompt Agent to create a reusable UX Honeycomb analysis.

The Quick Prompt could instruct Magnity to:

• Analyse one or more pages from your website
• Compare them with two competitor pages
• Evaluate the pages using the UX Honeycomb framework
• Analyse visual design and communication
• Use desktop or mobile screenshots
• Include screenshots in the final report
• Summarise strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations

Once created, that workflow can be reused whenever you need to perform the same type of analysis.

Other new features

🔘 Chat directly with CTA buttons

For a long time, CTA buttons could not be opened directly in chat.

That limitation is now removed.

Hover over a CTA button and choose between:

• Edit
• Chat

This means you can now work with CTA copy in the same way as other content elements.

For example, you can ask Magnity to make a CTA shorter, clearer, more action-oriented, or better aligned with the surrounding content.

🏷 Bulk edit tags in the Content Library

You can now edit tags across multiple Content Library tiles at once.

For example, if you have 30 pages about the same topic, you no longer need to open each tile individually to add the same tag.

Select the relevant tiles and apply the tag in one action.

This makes content organisation significantly faster.

It also creates a foundation for more advanced workflows where agents can identify content patterns and help organise pages for later analysis.

🧠 Change the model directly in Composer chat

Users can now switch AI models directly inside Composer chats.

This gives individual users more flexibility when choosing which model to use for a specific task.

For example, you may want to use a higher-reasoning model for:

• Translation
• Complex rewriting
• Detailed analysis
• Tasks where precision is particularly important

For simpler writing tasks, you may prefer a faster model.

Administrators can enable or disable model switching under. Your admin decides if this is allowed in your organization

Control Panel → Models

🏢 Add a general company description to Brand Rules

Brand Rules now include a field for a general company description.

This gives you a place to add reusable background information about the company that Magnity can consider as part of the broader brand context.

This is useful when the same company description, positioning, business model, or general context should be available across many different writing tasks.

📁 Bulk move and delete projects

You can now select multiple projects and manage them together.

Selected projects can be:

• Moved to another folder
• Deleted

This makes it much easier to reorganise larger project libraries or clean up old work.

📄 Choose a folder when duplicating a project

The Duplicate Project workflow has also been improved.

When you duplicate a project, you can now choose which folder the copy should be saved in.

Previously, this used a separate folder list that was less intuitive.

The new experience now works in the same way as saving a project, making project management more consistent.

🛠 Improvements and bug fixes

🤖 Improved Content Agent chat

We have fixed a series of smaller issues in the Content Agent chat.

Together, these changes make the chat smoother, more predictable, and more pleasant to use.

🔎 More predictable Content Library filters

We fixed an issue that could occasionally cause Content Library filters to behave unpredictably.

Filtering should now behave more consistently.

💬 Removed an unnecessary general chat message

We have fixed an issue in the general chat where Magnity would automatically insert:

“I have manually edited this text...”

the first time you selected a module element and opened it in chat.

This message is no longer added.

🎯 Why this matters

The most important change in this release is that Quick Prompts are no longer something only Magnity defines.

Users can now build their own reusable workflows.

That changes Quick Prompts from a fixed set of shortcuts into a much more flexible layer across the platform.

A user can identify a task they perform regularly, create a Quick Prompt for it, save it privately, share it with colleagues, or make it available across the organisation.

The Quick Prompt Agent reduces the effort required to build those workflows by allowing users to describe what they need instead of writing every instruction manually.

Combined with webpage screenshots, richer Content Agent analysis, model switching, bulk content management, and improved project organisation, this release gives users significantly more control over how they work inside Magnity.

It also opens up a much broader direction for Quick Prompts.

Over time, Quick Prompts can increasingly become reusable mini-workflows that combine:

• Instructions
• Source material
• Screenshots
• Research
• Analysis
• Agent capabilities
• External data
• Structured outputs

This is another step toward making complex B2B marketing work repeatable, shareable, and increasingly agent-driven inside Magnity.
