Today, we are releasing an important change to how you can build content in Magnity.
Until now, creating an email, webpage, or social media post has primarily started by dragging content from the Content Library into a template.
You can still work exactly like that.
But you no longer have to.
You can now start with an empty template and simply type or paste content directly into any element. You can then use chat to rewrite, expand, improve, translate, personalize, or otherwise work with what you have added.
Even more importantly, Magnity now understands the complete asset you are building.
That means the Email Agent understands the entire email, the Webpage Agent understands the complete webpage, and the SoMe Agent understands the complete post, including connected elements such as carousel slides.
This opens up a much more flexible way of working with Magnity.
You can now start an email, webpage, or social media post without adding anything from the Content Library first.
Simply click an element and:
• Start typing
• Paste existing content
• Edit the content manually
• Open chat and ask Magnity to work with it
For example, you can paste an existing body text into an email module and then ask Magnity:
“Rewrite this to be shorter and more direct.”
“Make this more relevant for procurement managers.”
“Keep the meaning but improve the language.”
“Translate this into German.”
The element can be completely user-written, completely AI-generated, or anything in between.
There is no single required way to build content.
You can combine all the available approaches within the same asset.
For example, you might:
• Drag a source article into the main email module
• Paste prewritten copy into another module
• Write a headline manually
• Ask Magnity to rewrite a CTA
• Generate the subject line using chat
• Personalize the complete email afterwards
The Content Library remains an important source of trusted content, but it is no longer a prerequisite for getting started.
This should make Magnity much easier to use when you already have content, are migrating existing material, or simply want to start writing.
The individual agents now have a broader understanding of what you are building.
The Email Agent understands the complete email.
The Webpage Agent understands the complete webpage.
The SoMe Agent understands the complete social media asset, including connected content such as a post and its carousel slides.
This means an individual element can be created using the context of everything else in the asset.
A good example is the email subject line and preheader.
Previously, these were primarily generated from the first body text used to create the email.
Now, you can build the entire email first and then open the subject line or preheader in chat.
Magnity can use the context of the complete email to create them.
You could ask:
“Create a subject line for this entire email.”
“Write a preheader that complements the subject line without repeating it.”
“Give me five subject lines based on the main message across the complete email.”
This should produce much more coherent results, particularly for emails containing several stories or modules.
Understanding the full asset also enables broader review workflows.
You can use Magnity to work with existing, prewritten content rather than only content originally created in the platform.
This is useful for tasks such as:
• Reviewing an existing email
• Improving prewritten webpages
• Checking consistency across an asset
• Localizing existing content
• Personalizing previously written material
• Reworking older campaign content
• Adapting agency-created copy
You can bring the content into Magnity, retain the original structure, and use AI where it adds value.
This also makes Magnity considerably more useful for localization and personalization.
You can now paste or manually create the original content and then use Magnity's existing translation and personalization capabilities on top of it.
You are no longer required to first generate the original version through Magnity.
This makes it easier to use Magnity as part of existing content production processes, even when the master content originates somewhere else.
We have added a new User Settings area under the Control Panel.

Administrators can now manage important user-level settings directly from Magnity.
For each user, administrators can see and configure:
• Whether the user has access to Magnity
• Which markets the user can access
• The user's default market
• Whether the user can export emails
• Whether the user can export webpages
• Whether the user can export social media posts
• Whether the user is a reviewer
If a user is designated as a reviewer, they will automatically become available in the reviewer list when content is shared for review.
This gives administrators much more direct control over user access and responsibilities across markets and content types.
We are continuing the migration of Magnity to our new React-based frontend.
With this release, we have migrated:
• The Flow Builder
• The Home screen
• The Video Guide page
These now join the areas already migrated, including:
• Content Agent
• Email Agent
• Webpage Agent
• SoMe Agent
This is part of an ongoing effort to create a more unified, accessible, and consistent experience across the entire Magnity platform.
There are still areas to migrate, but the majority of the core working experience is now running on the new interface.
We have also added a small but very useful improvement to the Content Agent.
When translating content, you can now compare variants directly.
This is particularly useful when translating webpages.
For example, you can:
This provides a much more practical environment for reviewing webpage localization while retaining the original formatting and context.
We have also fixed several smaller issues.
When resaving a webpage project, you can once again select which variant should be saved.
An issue had temporarily removed this choice.
It has now been restored.
In some cases, formatting shown in the Email Builder chat and formatting shown on the canvas could differ slightly.
These should now be identical.
When translating content, Magnity asks whether campaign parameters should be preserved.
We previously added the mandatory Yes/No selection to prevent campaign parameters from being accidentally removed, but the option itself was not explained sufficiently.
There is now an information button next to the setting explaining what campaign parameters are and when you should preserve them.
The changes in this release are an important step toward a broader way of interacting with content in Magnity.
Today, you can chat with an individual element while that element understands the context of the complete asset.
The next logical step is connecting the overall agent chat with the individual element chats.
This will allow you to work at two levels.
You might chat directly with a single headline and ask:
“Make this more coherent.”
Or you might talk to the complete email and ask:
“Review the entire email and make the modules feel more connected.”
“Rewrite the headlines so they work together.”
“Add another module covering the missing topic.”
“Make the complete webpage more relevant for this persona.”
Instead of requiring the user to manually identify and change every individual element, the agent will increasingly be able to understand what needs to change and act across the asset.
This is also an important step toward a broader orchestration layer in Magnity.
The goal is not simply to create better individual AI features.
We are moving toward a model where you can describe the outcome you need and Magnity can determine which agents, content, data, tools, and actions are required to deliver it.
For example, you could eventually ask:
“Build the campaign assets we are missing for this launch.”
Magnity could determine that this requires a webpage, three emails, a social media campaign, localization, and a follow-up flow, and coordinate the relevant agents to create them.
The next major stage is therefore deeper agent networks, where Magnity's agents can work together across the marketing value chain rather than operating as isolated tools.
Research can inform planning.
Planning can initiate creation.
Creation can use rules and personas.
Content can be reviewed, localized, published, and eventually optimized based on performance.
We are gradually connecting these capabilities into one system.
The ambition is to make Magnity an autonomous agentic operating system for enterprise B2B marketing, capable of supporting and increasingly orchestrating the complete marketing value chain.
We are looking forward to taking the next steps.
