We’re notifying all users about an upcoming maintenance update for Magnity, scheduled for Frieday, 20th December 2024, between 9:00 and 12:30 GMT+1.

While we strive to perform updates during off-hours to minimize disruptions, this particular update requires the support of Umbraco’s technical team. Their involvement is necessary to monitor the deployment and address any potential issues in real time. As their support is only available during normal business hours, we must proceed with the update during this time.

What to Expect During the Maintenance Period

1. Timing and Duration: The maintenance window is scheduled between 9:00 and 11:00 GMT+1. It has been extended to 12:30.
2. While Magnity may not be offline for the entire period, intermittent downtime is expected.
3. Access to Magnity: If you have tasks planned during this window, we recommend completing them either before 9:00 or after 11:00 GMT+1 to avoid potential disruptions.
4. Post-Update Adjustments: Once the deployment is complete, we will make final adjustments to the system settings. Magnity will be fully operational as soon as this process is finalized.
