• Customer Notes in the Biz App – Easily view, add, edit, and delete notes on customer profiles. Pin important notes so your whole team can stay informed.
• Subcategories for Retail Products – Organize and report on retail products with added subcategories for better tracking.
• Intro Offer Override in POS – Admins can now sell Intro Offers to ineligible customers using the override feature.
• Intro Offer Conversion Reports – Track the performance of your Intro Offers and see when a customer converts.
• Edit Location Penalty Fees and Location Settings – Manage your studio’s location details, including essential settings, without the help of our support team.
• Shift Types – Track employee shift types when they clock in to gain better insights into workforce management.
• Gamification – Members can track Milestones, Challenges, and Goals directly through your app!

📣 Introducing: Employee Pay Rates

We are excited to announce the release of our latest feature, allowing you to set flat fee rates on instructors and commission rates by product type.

Instructor Pay

• Add a flat rate to pay instructors on a per-class or per-head basis
• Employees can have one pay rate

Commission Rates

• Add a dollar or percentage amount to pay commission on all or specific product types
• Employees can have different commission rates per product type

Reporting

• Reporting is available via Insights
• Instructor pay can be calculated per class, per head including no-shows, or per head excluding no-shows.
• Commission pay is rolled up by location, employee, and product type. Details of the orders that make up each commission are available below the summary view
