If you have one-off transactions that you need to recharge, or ones where it's difficult to codify a rule that will match them, Ad-hoc Recharges will now let you easily handle these scenarios.
In the Transaction Review page, simply select the transactions you need to recharge, and then "Create Ad-hoc recharge" from the dropdown menu, to configure how it should be apportioned. Simple!

You can now export the Balancer dashboard (both the regular and matrix views), so you can attach these to reports or work papers you're using in the rest of your month end flow.
Simply hit the button next to settings (see the screenshot below), and then choose "Save as PDF" to export the dashboard at your chosen date.
Note: for larger groups, it may be worth increasing the page size to A2, A1, or even A0 before saving, to improve readability.

You can now recharge transactions from Balance Sheet codes in one entity to Balance Sheet codes in other entities, for example to recharge inventory, or pre-payments. In doing this, we also now allow you to recharge transactions from Balance Sheet codes to Revenue codes in other entities.
As well as this, we made some performance improvements to the Calculations page, which should now load a lot more quickly. If you have marked a calculation as final, and then have late transactions which would affect those recharges, we'll now let you filter to just see those when reviewing your recharges.

We’re thrilled to announce that you can now configure intra-entity recharges within Mayday Recharger! 🎉
You’ll see a new design for the apportionments section in all of the rule types, which allow you to define how your recharges should split both between and then within each of the entities in your group. You can also use this to do pure intra-entity recharges, allowing you to split costs across tracking categories, or to move them between account codes, all within the same entity.

Introducing Mayday Rules, a game-changer for regular, fixed-amount intercompany recharges. 🚀
Do you regularly recharge fixed amounts across your group? We've seen lots of customers requesting this feature for Mayday Recharger, particularly those that charge management charges.
Up until now, every recharge was linked to source transactions in Xero. But now, with Mayday Rules:
✅ Recharge fixed amounts across entities
✅ Split by percentage or charge the same amount to every entity
✅ Post to Xero in just a few clicks, alongside any source transaction-linked recharges
