Still calculating prices in Excel? Not anymore. You can now quote your trips directly inside MOGU

How does it work?

From the Quoter tab inside every trip:

1️⃣ Define your fixed and variable costs, set the margin you want and get the price per traveler instantly.

2️⃣ Link the calculated price to the Booking block. Every time you tweak something in the quoter, the price your travelers see updates on its own.

As an admin, you can now decide in more detail which actions your account members can perform. You have three new options to switch on or off depending on how your team is organized.

• Members can create templates — controls whether they can create and duplicate trip templates.
• Members can create library items — controls whether they can add or duplicate items in the shared library.
• Members can edit the brand — controls whether they can modify the account's logo, colors and typography.

Where to find them

You'll find the new permissions in Settings → Account → Permissions.

They come enabled by default, so your account stays the same as before unless you turn them off.

Como admin, ahora puedes decidir con más detalle qué acciones pueden realizar los miembros de tu cuenta. Tienes tres nuevas opciones para activar o desactivar según tu modelo de equipo.

• Los miembros pueden crear plantillas — controla si pueden crear y duplicar plantillas de viaje.
• Los miembros pueden crear elementos de librería — controla si pueden añadir o duplicar elementos en la librería compartida.
• Los miembros pueden editar la marca — controla si pueden modificar el logotipo, los colores y la tipografía de la cuenta.

Dónde encontrarlos

Encontrarás los nuevos permisos en Ajustes → Cuenta → Permisos.

Vienen activados por defecto, así que tu cuenta sigue igual que antes salvo que los desactives.

You can now use the Booking block to offer packages with fixed group prices.

Until now, the price you set in the Booking block was always multiplied by the number of travelers. You can now choose a single total price per booking, regardless of the number of travelers who join.

How to enable it

In the price configuration of the Booking block, in the "How the price is applied" section, choose the "Per booking" option.

This option works with both fixed price and category pricing.

Ahora podrás utilizar el bloque de Booking para ofrecer paquetes con precios cerrados por grupo.

Hasta ahora, el precio que ponías en el bloque de Booking se multiplicaba siempre por el número de viajeros. Ya puedes elegir un precio total por reserva, independientemente del número de viajeros que se unan.

Cómo activarlo

En la configuración de precio del bloque de Booking, en la sección "Cómo se aplica el precio", elige la opción "Por reserva".

Esta opción es compatible tanto con precio fijo, como por categorías.

Paste your code once in your account settings and it will load automatically on every proposal, existing and future.

It works with any HTML-loaded script, for example:

• Google Analytics — track visits, traffic sources and conversions.
• Google Tag Manager — manage multiple tags from a single container.
• Facebook Pixel — attribute conversions to your Meta campaigns.

The metrics you capture show up in your chosen platform (Analytics, GTM, Meta Business…), not in MOGU.

How to enable it

Go to Settings → Account → Custom script, paste your code and save.
