You can now offer your clients trips with pricing by category: by hotel category, season, group size, or any other option you need.

As a result, the price your clients see will depend on the options they select during the booking process.

How does it work?

Within the Booking module settings, choose the “Price by category” option, create all the categories you need, and define your pricing matrix.

Ahora podrás ofrecer a tus clientes viajes con precios por categorías: por categoría de hotel, temporada, tamaño de grupo o cualquier otra opción que necesites.

Así, el precio que verán tus clientes dependerá de las opciones que elijan durante el proceso de reserva.

¿Cómo se usa?

Dentro de la configuración del módulo de Booking, elige la opción de "Precio por categoría"; da de alta todas las categorías que necesites y define tu matriz de precios.

Do you need to create a payment link for all the bookings in your trip? You can now do it in just two clicks!

Payment links will be sent immediately to the payer of each booking, or, if you schedule them for a future payment, we will send them automatically when the date approaches.

Why is it useful?

It helps streamline your operations in different scenarios:

• When the booking was made, only the trip deposit was paid, and now you need to collect the remaining balance.
• Your clients made pre-bookings without payment, and now you need to send them the pending payment.
• You need to charge optional services that were added after the booking was created.

How does it work?

From the Bookings panel, select the bookings and click “Create payment links.”

💡 If your bookings already have existing payment links using different payment methods, use the “default” payment method option.

¿Qué significa esto?

Que cada vez que se haga una reserva, toda la información de viajeros, costes y pagos va automáticamente a GIAV. Te olvidas de picar los mismos datos una y otra vez.

How many optional insurance policies have I sold? How many excursions? How many double rooms? Who purchased them?

You can answer all these questions easily using the new “Sold products” section within the Bookings tab of a trip.

You will find a table listing the products sold, their quantity, and their total value. Select one or more products to see which bookings include them.

You will be able to export all information you need in Excel format.
