Control who receives booking and payment notifications

Control who receives notifications for bookings and payments (new booking, new payment, overdue payment, etc.).

Global configuration

In Settings > Payments, activate notifications and enter the email addresses that should always be notified; for all trips.

Per-trip configuration

In the Booking module, within the “Customization” section, enter the additional email addresses that should be notified for that specific trip.

In summary, the email addresses that will receive notifications related to a trip are:

• The trip owner
• Those defined at a global level
• The additional ones specified at the trip level
