Create payment calendars with scheduled payment links

Payment calendars are a great tool to offer flexibility to your clients when it comes to paying for their trips. Now, you can use it in two ways:

From the Booking module

Choose the installment payment option and define amounts and dates:

From a booking

Set up payment calendars by creating scheduled payment links. From the booking detail, click on "Create payment" and define the collection date:

❗How and when will your clients be charged?

Your clients will receive reminder emails 5, 3, and 1 day before the payment due date, including payment instructions according to the associated payment method:

• By card: they will receive a link to pay through the payment gateway you have connected.
• External payment: they will receive the payment instructions (e.g., account number for a bank transfer), as you have configured them at account or trip level.
