✉️ You decide when a booking's emails go out

Until now, creating a booking in MOGU always sent the confirmation emails to the buyer and the travelers. Now it’s your call.

On the last step of New booking you’ll see Notify the buyer and travelers by email, ticked by default. Untick it and the booking is created without sending anything.

Changed your mind? In the trip’s Bookings tab, open the booking’s menu and choose Send confirmation emails.

💡 Worth knowing:

• The checkbox only affects emails: if you use an integration such as GIAV, the record is still created.
• Unticking it also suppresses the notification to the agent.
• Resending the emails does not duplicate that record.
• Payment-received emails are unaffected — they go out as before.
