Hi there,

We've added a few new features. Here's a short summary of each with links to learn more.

Appointment Confirmation by Customers

No-shows are bad for business. In some industries they can be commonplace. But the resulting loss of revenue doesn't have to be.

Protect your revenue with our newest feature: Appointment Confirmation by Customers.

New Improvements to Online Appointments

We've improved how online-based appointments are handled and introduced new ways how to set them up.

Here's what's new:

  • Zoom Additional Licenses Management
  • Online Meeting Settings Per Teacher
  • Setting Up an Online Appointment Service
  • Visual Hints for Appt Types on Schedules
  • New Email / SMS Variables

Payroll Reports Now Contain 'Send' Buttons Per Individual & For the Group

You can now send your payroll PDFs by email directly from each individual employees' entry. At the top you'll also notice a time saving 'send to all' button.

Automatically Resume Your AI Agent After Staff Take Over

When a staff member takes over a conversation, the support agent pauses so your team can handle it directly.

With Automatically resume AI after staff take over, you decide whether — and when — your support agent picks the conversation back up, so your team can step in without permanently taking the agent off that customer.

Control Your Support Agent's Response Length

You can now control how long your AI agent's responses are with the Response length setting in AI customizations.

Choose between Concise, Standard, or Detailed to control the amount of information included in responses while keeping your existing tone and voice.

Corporate One Off Messages

You can now send single One-Off brand-wide messages across all of your franchise locations, removing the need to send the same message location by location.

New SMS Tier Features: Auto-Upgrade & Notifications

You'll now find two new toggles above your SMS Tiers. Auto-Upgrade helps avoid service interruptions if your monthly SMS limit runs out by automatically switching to the higher plan.

You'll also see a toggle to get notified by email when you're plan is approaching its limit.
