Introducing Moments - your new way to manage all the different activations within an event. Whether you're using the Momentify Explorer (iPad App), Mobile Self Registration, or tracking Activities, Moments brings them all together in one place.

To access and manage your Moments, just click the “Moments” button in the Event Banner on your Event Page. From there, you can create, configure, and customize each activation to match your booth layout and engagement goals.

Start organizing your event like never before—with Moments.

Activity Moment

We’re excited to introduce Activities, a new type of Moment in Momentify designed to help you track non-digital interactions during your events—like interactive challenges, product demos, or giveaways.

With Activities, you can log attendee interactions that don’t involve a screen but still matter to your event’s success. These Moments don’t display any content to attendees, but they use your configured template to capture lead details and create session records—just like other Moments in Momentify.

Activities are perfect for:

  • Logging conversations or walk-up interactions
  • Capturing engagement at off-screen activations
  • Measuring booth traffic beyond self-registration or iPads

You can configure Activities directly by clicking the "Moments" button in your Event Banner.

Start using Activities to get a complete view of how attendees are engaging across every corner of your event.

Now you can capture leads at scale with Mobile Self Registration—perfect for large events or presentation-style experiences.

Attendees simply scan a QR code, fill out your custom form on their device, and become leads instantly—no staff interaction required.

Every event includes Mobile Self Registration as a default Moment. To manage settings, click the “Moments” button in your Event Banner.

We’re excited to launch Smart Columns—a powerful new way to automate lead organization and enrich your lead data inside Momentify. Say goodbye to manual sorting. With Smart Columns, you can automatically assign dealers based on a lead’s zip code, making regional lead distribution faster, more consistent, and scalable.

Once set up, your Leads Table will automatically reflect the correct dealer or region, helping your team route leads to the right partner with ease.

Smart Columns are available now for Admins in Workspace Settings. Try it out and simplify how you manage your leads!

We’ve made it easier to share insights from your events—you can now copy any analytics chart as a PNG directly from Momentify!

Just click the copy icon in the top-right corner of any chart, and the image will be instantly copied to your clipboard. You can then paste it directly into presentations, reports, or emails, no downloading or formatting needed.

It’s the fastest way to bring event data into your post-event storytelling. Try it out next time you’re building your recap deck!

With this feature, you can now assign specific team members to events, giving everyone clarity on who’s involved and responsible. Whether it’s field reps, marketers, or support staff, assigning members helps streamline collaboration and accountability.

What You Can Do

  • Add team members to each event directly from the Event Settings
  • Give your team visibility into where they’re scheduled to participate
  • Lay the groundwork for future features like event-based notifications and performance tracking

How to Add Event Members

  1. Open an Event
  2. Click on the "Event Settings" gear
  3. Click on the "Event Members" dropdown and select your team members that will at your event.
