Workspace Settings Has a New Home!

We’ve moved Workspace Settings out of the workspace selector and into its own dedicated section in the sidebar navigation. This change makes settings easier to find and gives us room to grow!

Why the Change?

As we continue to evolve Momentify, this new structure creates space for upcoming features, including:

Intelligence Settings – Smart tools to help you get more from your events.

Subscription & Billing Details – Easily manage your workspace plan and usage (available to Admins only).

Introducing Lead Temperatures 🌡️

We’re excited to launch Lead Temperature, a new way to help your team quickly assess and prioritize leads based on their level of interest. After each interaction, show reps can now optionally assign a temperature rating - Hot, Warm, or Cold—directly from the Follow-Up Panel in Momentify Explorer iPad App.

Why this is important?

Lead Temperature helps your team:

Segment leads by intent level for smarter follow-up strategies.

Prioritize outreach to high-interest contacts faster.

Visualize lead quality in the Leads Table and Event Analytics through a new dedicated chart!

  1. Select a Past Event this feature was used in
  2. Click the "Event Analytics" button from the Event Banner
  3. See the lead temperature segmentation in the overview section

We’ve made a key improvement to how sessions and leads are tracked in Momentify, giving you clearer insights into event engagement.

What’s Changing?

🔹 Sessions now track anonymous interactions, capturing overall booth or event activity.

🔹 Leads are built-out profiles with attributes gathered using Momentify, providing detailed contact information.

🔹 The session count now includes the lead count, so every captured lead is also reflected in the session total.

This update ensures you get a full picture of both engagement volume and qualified leads, helping you better understand attendee behavior and optimize follow-ups.

We’re excited to introduce the ability to Assign Event Managers, a new feature in Momentify that gives you greater flexibility in managing your events. Previously, events were automatically assigned to the creator —but now, you can assign any member in your workspace as the Event Manager.

How Can You Use Assigning Event Managers?

Say you’re organizing multiple events, but different team members are responsible for each one. Now, you can assign the right person to manage each event, ensuring smooth coordination and clear ownership without unnecessary back-and-forth.

How Do I Change the Event Manager of An Event?

Simply go into the event, click on the "Manage Event" and update the Event Manager field.

While you can edit most fields, some, like trait selections and metadata, remain uneditable to preserve data accuracy and consistency.
