We've been busy this summer. Between our last release and this one, we shipped a stacked list of upgrades across surveys, list building, and more.

Here's some of what's new at Numinar:

📊 Survey Builder Glow-Up
Building surveys just got a lot more flexible. You can now reverse or rotate response order instead of only randomizing, pin two responses to the bottom instead of just one, and randomize question order entirely. Setup takes less time, your surveys get more control.

📤 Survey Crosstabs Export
Pull crosstab exports directly from your survey results, no extra steps required. Just open your survey project, click the three dots in the top right, and select "Export Survey Crosstabs"

🏠 Household Data in List Builder
List Builder now surfaces Household Party and Household Counts, plus new L2 consumer fields. And when you're drawing geofences, you'll see household count and square mileage right on the map.

📱 Match by Phone Number
Tag and email uploads can now match on cell phone number too, giving you more ways to get your lists connected correctly the first time.

💬 Mark All As Read
Clean up your inbox fast: Text Conversations on the web view now supports "Mark All as Read."

📞 Personalized Voicemail Support

You can now create calling projects that allow candidates and volunteers to leave personalized voicemails for individual voters. This expands voicemail outreach to both landlines and cell phones, empowering campaigns to connect with cell users like never before.

⚖️ Survey Project Balancing

Creating a Text Survey or IVR Project? You can now balance your list directly within the project creation menu, making setup faster and easier.

🏠 Toggle Between Voter & Household Views

Quickly switch between Voter and Household views within the Project Door and easily see the number of households associated with your canvassing projects.

🎯 Data Your Way: Fuzzy Matching

Modern campaigns generate data everywhere. Numinar is making it easier to actually use it. Our new fuzzy matching capabilities help campaigns layer in data without requiring a state voter ID match. Activate on your

• Donor files
• Volunteer forms
• Website signups

📲 BYOD: Bring Your Own Data

User-uploaded phone numbers and emails are here! Built with your feedback about data quality in mind, you can now add phone numbers and email addresses directly into Numinar — either individually while looking up voters or through bulk imports.

Once uploaded, this data becomes fully operational across the platform:

• Searchable in Voter Lookup
• Included in List Builder and list counts
• Incorporated into Relational Organizing matching
• Usable across texting, calling, email, and outreach tools

🎨 Theming + Dark Mode

We gave our Mobile App a facelift. Fonts, colors and spacing is now more consistent across mobile and web for a cleaner, more unified feel. And yes, Dark Mode is here. Easy on the eyes, easy to switch, and looks great.

Our team also internalized user feedback and parted ways with pin clustering on the mobile canvass map. Now, you can view all pins without jeopardizing performance no matter how closely you are zoomed-in!

🚗 Under the hood

We also rebuilt large parts of the app to make everything faster, simpler, and easier to improve going forward. This is a big step—and there’s more coming soon.

Relational Organizing: Out of Beta + New Power Features

Relational Organizing is officially out of beta and now lives alongside your other Numinar projects, making it easier to manage, track, and scale relational outreach in one place.

Instead of limiting context to vote status, you can also now pull through any tag or variable — like issue interest, prior engagement, or custom attributes — to give participants deeper insight and make conversations more relevant and effective.

Incentivized Outreach in Two Clicks

You can now set budgets for relational texting programs, giving our campaigns and organizations a simple way to run paid relational outreach and an innovative way to use budget for meaningful contact.

This makes it easier to set clear guardrails for paid programs and scale meaningful, relational organizing.

Multiple Messages Supported

You can now load multiple scripts or messages into a single relational program and let participants choose what to send. The possibilities are endless - here are a few ideas to get you started:

• Offer GOTV and fundraising messages
• Provide English and Spanish options

We’ve added OR logic to our audience builder, giving you more flexibility and control when creating lists for mail, door knocks, calls, or texts. Now you can build exactly the audience you need in record time—for example, combining newly registered voters with those who have an established voting history into a single list.

Introducing mass new user invitation capability! We heard many of you who reached out asking for an easier way to invite existing lists of volunteers and supporters to join your Numinar team. Now, users can simply copy lists of emails and paste them directly into the invitation menu to execute invites in a one step process! From small design tweaks to large feature releases, our team is always on a mission to improve the app and your experience using it!
